Eligibility Criteria:

Age:

  • Between 20 and 30 years as on 01/02/2014. Candidates born not earlier than 02/02/1984 and not later than 01/02/1994.
  • For Posts 03-06 Age must be Between 21 and 30 years Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02/01/1984 and not later than 01/01/1993.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Junior Engineer (Civil) -> Minimum three years Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute or University or Board with minimum 65% of marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD) or Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University with 55% marks (45% for SC/ST/PWD). At least 2 years experience for Diploma holder or at least 1 year experience for Degree holders in execution and supervision of civil construction work and/ or civil maintenance of office buildings/ commercial buildings/ residential complexes with basic knowledge of RCC design and other civil works, working knowledge of computers, experience in preparation of tenders for civil works, etc.
  • Junior Engineer (Electrical): Minimum three years Diploma in Electrical or Electrical and Electronic Engineering from a recognized Institute or University or Board with minimum 65% of marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD) or Degree in Electrical or Electrical and Electronic Engineering from a recognized University with 55% marks (45% for SC/ST/PWD). At least 2 years experience for Diploma holder or at least 1 year experience for Degree holders in execution and supervision of electrical installations in large buildings/ commercial buildings having HT/ LT substations, central AC plants, lifts, UPS, DG sets, CCTV, Fire alarm system, etc.

  • RESEARCH OFFICER in DEPR:
  • A Master's Degree in Economics with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters / years from a recognized Indian or Foreign University / Institute;
  •  A Doctorate Degree in Economics with Master's Degree in any subject with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters / years from a recognized Indian or Foreign University / Institute.
  • RESEARCH OFFICER in DSIM:
  • A Master's Degree in Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/ Mathematical Economics/ Econometrics/ Statistics & Informatics from IIT-Kharagpur/ Applied Statistics & Informatics from IIT-Bombay with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters / years.
  • Master's Degree in Mathematics with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters / years and one year post graduate diploma in Statistics or related subjects from an institute of repute; OR (iii) M.Stat. Degree of Indian Statistical Institute with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate of all semesters / years. At least three years' experience in coining of Glossary or English to Hindi translation and viceversa in any National or State Level Weekly/ Newspaper or any Government/Semi-Government Office or any autonomous body/undertaking etc.
  • ASSISTANT MANAGER:
  • Second Class Master's Degree in Hindi/Hindi Translation, with English as one of the subjects at Bachelor's Degree level.
  • Second Class Master's Degree in English with Hindi as one of the subjects at Bachelor's Degree level.
  • Second Class Master's Degree in Sanskrit / Economics / Commerce with English and Hindi as subjects at Bachelor's Degree level. (In lieu of a subject of Hindi at Bachelor's Degree level, one may have recognized Hindi qualification equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree); OR (iv) Master's Degree in both English and Hindi/Hindi Translation, of which one must be Second Class. At least 3 years' experience after graduation (in a position of independent responsibility equivalent to that of an Assistant Engineer) in a public /private limited organization including Hospitals / Banks/ Financial Institutions in Planning/ Designing/ Construction of Large Office Buildings /Multistoried Buildings /Housing Companies /residential campus based education institutions including preparation and evaluation of tender papers.
  • MANAGER: 
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/years. At least 3 years' experience after graduation (in a position of independent responsibility equivalent to that of an Assistant Engineer) in a public /private limited organization including Hospitals / Banks/ Financial Institutions in Planning/ Designing/ Construction of Large Office Buildings /Multistory Buildings /Housing Companies /residential campus based education institutions including preparation and evaluation of tender papers.

Examination Fee:

  • Exam Fee - Rs.500/- + Intimation Charge - Rs.50/- for General and OBC Category.

Pay Scale: 
Starting basic pay of Rs.12,370/- per month (i.e. Rs.8,040/- plus nine advance increments admissible to Junior Engineers) in the scale of Rs.8,040 – 410 – 9270 – 500 – 11270 – 550 – 13470 – 650 – 15420 – 720 – 16140 – 990 – 20100 (20 years) and other allowances.
